摘要
介绍了转炉渣成分分析用标准样品的研制过程。对标准样品进行了均匀性和稳定性考察,9家权威实验室用准确可靠的方法参与协作定值,确定了18个项目的标准值和扩展不确定度。成分分析结果表明,该标准样品均匀性良好,在10a内性质稳定。
The development process of converter slag certified reference materials for composition analysis was introduced.The homogeneity and stability of CRM were investigated,the certified and expanded uncertainty of 18 elements were obtained by 9 authority laboratories using accurate and reliable analytical methods.The results of component analysis showed that the CRM were homogeneous and stable in 10 years.
