莱钢焦化废水循环利用实践

摘要 针对莱钢炼铁吸收焦化废水过程中出现的水质差、污染严重、泡沫淤积影响设备稳定运行等焦点问题,通过废水回收设备扩容改造、合理分流、应用消泡技术、强制降温等改进措施,年可接受焦化废水98万t,保证了焦化废水正常循环使用,杜绝了焦化废水外排的问题。 In view of the absorption of coking waste water from ironmaking plant of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.,the problems of poor water quality,serious pollution and the influence of foam deposition on the stable operation of the equipment etc.,through the improvement measures such as capacity expansion,reasonable diversion,application of defoaming technology and forced cooling of waste water recovery equipment,980000 tons of coking wastewater can be accepted annually,and the normal circulation of coking waste water can be ensured to eliminate the problem of waste water discharge.
