Design of Automatic Assembly Line for the Whole Manufacturing Process of Miniature Circuit Breakers

摘要 为小型断路器设计一套全制程自动化装配线。基于小型断路器物理结构与工作原理,提出自动化装配线总体结构。结合各制程特点,采用直线型布局,将装配线划分为11个单元,并对各单元进行深入设计。采用产品位置3D扫描检测、开距CCD视觉检测、超程自动化检测、脱扣力自动化检测等技术,提高检测效率与准确度;引入制造企业生产过程执行管理系统(MES),对装配线进行实时监控与动态调整,实现生产协作化、管理可视化、质量跟踪全程化。对自动化装配线的运营成本和回收周期进行计算,表明人工成本相比手工装配线降低约79.4%,投资成本回收周期约为2.86年。 An automatic assembly line is designed for the whole manufacturing process of miniature circuit breakers.Based on the physical structure and working principle of miniature circuit breakers,the overall structure of the automatic assembly line is proposed.According to the characteristics of each process,the assembly line is divided into 11 units using the linear layout,and each unit is designed in depth.3D scanning detection on product position,CCD visual detection on open distance,automatic detection on overrun and automatic detection on tripping force are adopted to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy;Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is introduced to the real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of assembly line to realize production collaboration,management visualization and quality tracking.The operation cost and recovery period of the automatic assembly line are calculated,showing that the labor cost is about 79.4%lower than that of the manual assembly line,and the recovery period of the investment cost is about 2.86 years.
