摘要
航空工业等领域的数字化建设有着特殊需求,三维工艺布局逐步成为数字化制造规划发展的重要技术。以某加工中心实例为基础,介绍加工中心厂房三维工艺布局的应用流程;阐述CATIA软件在厂房三维工艺布局中的应用;结合三维数字化建模及装配流程——厂房建模、生产资源数据库搭建、厂房三维布局装配,对三维空间布局的关键技术要点进行分析研究。实现了生产线上设备、工具工装、辅助设施的直观显示,避免了传统平面布局设计存在的缺陷,节省了生产工艺规划时间和成本。
Digital construction in the fields including aviation industry has special needs.3D process layout has gradually become an important technology for the planning and development of digital manufacturing.Based on the example of a machining center,introduced is the application process of the3D process layout of the workshop in the machining center;expounded is the application of CATIA software in the 3D process layout of the workshop;analyzed are the key technological points of the 3D spatial layout by combining the 3D digital modeling and assembly process,namely,workshop modeling,production resource database establishment,workshop 3D layout assembly.Realized is the visual display of the equipment,tools and auxiliary facilities on the production line,avoided are the defects of the traditional 2D layout design,and saved are the time and cost of the production process planning.
