摘要
高压开关柜断路器的触指部分易发生过热现象,影响电网安全和稳定运行。为高压开关柜设计一套无源、无线、低功耗的触指温度监测系统,系统包括以传感器为主体的感知层、以接收模块和传输设备为主体的网络层、以监控后台和用户终端为主体的应用层。在感知层,主控芯片和无线通信模块分别实现温度数据的采集和发送;在网络层,通过组网、调整和正常工作三个阶段,在最小功率下实现温度数据通信;在应用层,设计面向用户的人机交互界面。系统的设计思想能够沿用到其他相关电力设备上,提高变电站设备整体温度监测水平。
The touch point part of the high voltage switchgear breaker is easy to be overheated,which affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid.A set of touch point temperature monitoring system with passiveness,wirelessness and low power consumption is designed for the high voltage switchgear.The system includes the sensor based sensing layer,the receiving module and transmission device based network layer,and the monitoring background and user terminal based application layer.In the sensing layer,the main control chip and the wireless communication module respectively realize the collection and transmission of the temperature data;in the network layer,through three stages,namely,networking,adjustment and normal operation,realized is the temperature data communication under the minimum power;in the application layer,designed is the user-oriented HMI.The design idea of the system can be applied to other relevant power equipment,as to improve the overall temperature monitoring level of the substation equipment.
