排气分散度保护原理及异常处置——以GE 9FA燃机为例 被引量:1

摘要 排气分散度是对燃机高温部件进行监测的重要指标。以GE公司9FA燃机为研究对象,围绕排气分散度保护原理,对排气分散度保护出现异常的原因——排气温度测量回路异常和燃烧系统异常进行分析,并提出相应的处理方案。排气温度测量回路异常主要源于排气温度测量元件或补偿导线受损,应逐段检查并加强日常维护;燃烧系统异常主要源于燃烧部件故障或燃料喷嘴堵塞,应结合较长运行时间内的历史曲线进行综合分析或通过内窥镜进行孔探检测。 Exhaust dispersion is an important index to monitor the high temperature components of a gas turbine.9FA gas turbine of GE Company is taken as the research object.Focusing on the principle of exhaust dispersion protection,analyzed are the causes of abnormal exhaust dispersion protection,namely,abnormality of exhaust temperature measurement circuit and abnormality of combustion system,and put forward are corresponding treatments.The abnormality of exhaust temperature measurement circuit mainly comes from the damage of the exhaust temperature measuring components or the compensation wire,which should be checked step by step and daily maintenance should be strengthened;the abnormality of combustion system mainly comes from the failure of combustion components or the blockage of fuel nozzles,which should be comprehensively analyzed in combination with the historical curve in a long running time or the borescope detection should be carried out.
