摘要
中央空调系统在现代发动机工厂中能耗占比较高,亟需降本增效。设计一套由监控工作站、网关、传输介质、可编程控制器(DDC)和末端冷源设备组成的集中监控系统。网关对末端冷源设备的传感器数据进行采集;DDC与设备直接连接,根据冷源设备实际冷负荷进行启停决策判断;监控工作站实时显示设备运行状态和趋势。系统投入使用后,水泵节能40%~50%,中央空调系统整体节能5%~10%,为企业带来了显著的经济效益。
The energy consumption of central air conditioning system is relatively high in modern engine plants,so it is urgent to reduce cost and increase efficiency.A set of centralized monitoring system composed of monitoring workstation,gateway,transmission medium,programmable controller(DDC)and terminal cold source equipment is designed.The gateway collects the sensor data of the terminal cold source equipment;DDC is directly connected with the equipment,the start and stop decisions are made according to the actual cooling load of the cold source equipment;the monitoring workstation displays the running status and trend of the equipment in real time.After the system is put into use,the energy saving of water pump is 40%~50%,and the overall energy saving of central air conditioning system is 5%~10%,which brings remarkable economic benefits for the enterprises.
