基于中医传承辅助系统挖掘何氏妇科治疗排卵障碍性不孕症用药规律分析

Analysis on Drug Use Rules of HE Family’s Gynecology Treatment of Ovulatory Disorder Infertility by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

目的:运用中医传承辅助平台分析何氏妇科治疗排卵障碍性不孕症(ovulatory disorder infertility,ODI)的用药规律并探讨其作用机制。方法:收集整理2018年3月-2019年3月章勤教授运用何氏妇科疗法治愈排卵障碍性不孕症患者医案145例,并提取治疗方剂,运用中医传承辅助系统建立相应数据库,以挖掘高频药物、核心用药集群、新方分析等总结何氏妇科治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的配伍规律,为临床治疗排卵障碍性不孕症提供临床参考。结果:统计结果显示,章勤教授治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的常用药物以补肾益精,活血调经,疏肝理气为主。出现频率最高的药物组合为菟丝子,当归。关联规则显示当归、菟丝子与其他药物的关联度最大。重新归纳总结了9首治疗ODI的新方。结论:经数据挖掘统计分析的出章勤教授运用何氏妇科疗法治疗ODI在补益肝肾的基础上用以活血调经,理气通络的药物,为何氏妇科的传承与发展提供新思路。

objective: To analyze the medication law of HE Family’s gynecological treatment of ovulatory obstructive infertility and explore its mechanism by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform. Methods: We collected 145 cases in March 2018-March 2019 treated by professor ZHANG Qin and extracted the treatment prescriptions. By use of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform,we established the corresponding database to dig out the high-frequency drugs and summarized the compatibility of clinical treatment of ovulation obstructive infertility. Results: According to the statistical results,professor ZHANG Qin’s commonly used drugs in the treatment of ovulatory obstructive infertility were mainly tonifying kidney and essence drugs,activating blood circulation and regulating menstruation drugs and soothing liver and regulating Qi drugs.The most frequently-used drug combination is dodder and angelica. Association rules showed that angelica,dodder and other drugs had the most closed relationship. Nine new treatments for ODI were summarized. Conclusion: After data mining and statistical analysis,professor ZHANG Qin applied HE Family’s gynecological therapy to treat ODI,which was to invigorate blood,regulate menstruation,regulate Qi and clear collaterals on the basis of tonifying liver and kidney.
