防霾止咳方对PM 2.5致慢性咳嗽人群肺功能的影响

Effect of Haze-proof Cough-relieving Recipe on Lung Function of Chronic Cough Population Caused by PM 2.5

目的:探究防霾止咳方治疗PM 2.5致慢性咳嗽的临床疗效,为疾病的诊治提供临床依据。方法:本课题选取沈阳市经常暴露于PM2.5污染的180例高危人群与非经常暴露于PM2.5污染的180例人群作为研究对象,其中防霾止咳方中药治疗组(治疗组)包括男100例,女80例;正常健康组(对照组)包括男90例,女90例。通过量化测定研究两组人群治疗前、治疗后的肺功能(FVC、FEV1.0、FVC%、FEV1.0%、V25、V50、V75)及SGRQ评分。结果:对照组治疗前的FVC、FEV1.0、FVC%、FEV1.0%、V25、V50、V75水平均高于治疗组治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后人群FVC、FEV1.0、FVC%、FEV1.0%、V25、V50、V75均高于同组治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组比较差异不具有统计学意义。治疗组治疗后在SGRQ评分方面高于同组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:防霾止咳方能够改善PM 2.5致慢性咳嗽人群的肺功能,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Haze-proof Cough-relievingRecipe on treating chronic cough caused by PM2.5 so as to provide a clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Methods:This project selected180 high-risk people frequently exposed to PM2.5 pollution in Shenyang and 180 peoplenot regularly exposed to PM2.5 pollution as research objects,whereinthe Chinese herbal medicine Haze-proof Cough-relievingRecipetreatment group(treatment group)included 100 males and 80 females,and the normal health group(control group)included 90 males and 90 females.The lung functions(FVC,FEV1.0,FVC%,FEV1.0%,V25,V50,V75)and SGRQ scores of the two groups before and after treatment were studied by quantitative analysis.Results:The levels of FVC,FEV1.0,FVC%,FEV1.0%,V25,V50 and V75 in the controlgroup before treatmentwere totally higher than those in the treatment group and all differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV1.0,FVC%,FEV1.0%,V25,V50 and V75 in the treatment group after treatment were totally higher than those before treatment,wherein the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05),andwere not statistically significant in comparison with those of the control group.The SGRQ scores in the treatment group after treatment were higher than thosebefore treatment,wherein the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),andwere not statistically significant(P>0.05)in comparison with those of the control group.Conclusion:The Haze-proof Cough-relievingRecipe can improve the lung functions of the people with chronic cough caused by PM2.5,and has remarkable effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
