健脾益气活血法对初诊2型糖尿病患者氧化应激损伤的影响

Effect of Strengthening Spleen and Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Method on Damage of Oxidative Stress in Initial Diagnosis Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的:探讨健脾益气活血法对初诊2型糖尿病患者氧化应激损伤的影响。方法:纳入46例初诊2型糖尿病患者按1∶1随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各23例。两组患者均采取糖尿病基础上,治疗组予以中药参芪复方加减治疗,1剂/d,对照组予以二甲双胍片治疗,850 mg/d,两组观察疗程均为12周,观察两组患者的一般情况、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血清胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、氧化应激指标SOD、ROS、MDA水平。结果和结论:具有健脾益气活血功效的参芪复方加减可平稳有效的降低FPG、2hPBG;降低TC、LDL-c水平;降低氧化应激ROS、MDA水平,升高SOD水平。

Objective: To explore the mechanism of strengthening spleen and supplementing Qi and activating blood method on oxidative stress of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: 46 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1∶1,and 23 cases in each group. Both groups were given the basic treatment for diabetes. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Shenqi Compound,one dose per day. The control group was treated with metformin tablets,850 mg/day. Both groups were observed for 12 weeks. We observed the general situation of the two groups and detected fasting blood glucose( FPG),postprandial 2 hour blood glucose( 2 h PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb A1 c),serum cholesterol( TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-c),oxidative stress indicators SOD,ROS and MDA levels. Results:and Conclusion: Shenqi Compound which has the function supplementing Qi and replenishing spleen and promoting the blood circulation can effectively reduce the level of oxidative stress and improve the pathological damage of diabetic vascular disease to achieve the role of prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular complications.
