自拟扶正祛风汤治疗中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)的有效性和安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction in Treatment of Moderate-Severe Allergic Rhinitis(Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold Syndrome)

目的:观察自拟扶正祛风汤治疗中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)的有效性和安全性。方法:将2018年5月-2018年12月于本院就诊的120例中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)患者随机分为对照和观察组各60例。对照组患者单纯给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组患者则给予自拟扶正祛风汤口服,2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。对比两组治疗的临床效果,记录鼻部症状的改善时间,评价治疗前后患者的生活质量,监测血清中免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,Ig E)、白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素-31(interleukin-31,IL-31)水平,记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果:观察组的有效率91.67%与对照组的有效率76.67%相比明显升高(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组患者经治疗后喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞等症状的改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)生活质量RQLQ评分、血清中Ig E、IL-8、IL-31水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率6.67%明显低于对照组的不良反应率21.67%(P<0.05)。结论:自拟扶正祛风汤治疗中-重度变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒证)疗效肯定,利于促进鼻部不适症状缓解,减轻困扰程度,提高生活质量,其机制可能与干预血清中Ig E、IL-8、IL-31含量以鼻黏膜免疫性炎症损伤有关,且用药安全可靠,值得临床深入探究。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome).Methods:From May 2018 to December 2018,120 patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome)admitted to our hospital were random Ly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 60 cases.The control group were given brinard nasal spray,2μg/d,and the dose adjusted to 1μg/d in two weeks.The patients in the observation group were given Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction,2 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses.The paper was focus on comparing the effectiveness,recording the improvement time of nasal symptoms,evaluating the patient’s quality of life before and after treatment,monitoring the serum immunoglobulin E(Ig E),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-31(IL-31)levels,and recording the adverse reactions in the process of treatment.Results:The effective rate(91.67%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that(76.67%)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching and nasal obstruction in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The RQLQ score and serum Ig E,IL-8 and IL-31 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate(6.67%)in the observation group was significantly lower than 21.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Self-made Fuzheng Qufeng Decoction has a positive effect in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis(lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome),which is conducive to promoting the alleviation of nasal discomfort symptoms,alleviating the degree of disturbance and improving the quality of life.The mechanism may be related to the contents of Ig E,IL-8 and IL-31 in the intervention serum and the immune inflammation injury of nasal mucosa.Moreover,the medication is safe and reliable,which is worthy of further clinical investigation.
