泽兰多糖超声提取工艺的优化

摘要 目的:运用正交试验设计优化泽兰多糖的超声提取工艺,为泽兰多糖的开发提供理论基础。方法:以泽兰多糖提取率、多糖含量为双重指标,考察温度、时间、料液比、功率对提取结果的影响,通过正交实验设计来优选超声提取泽兰多糖的工艺参数。结果:优选的泽兰多糖的超声提取工艺为:超声功率为560W,温度60℃,时间20 min,料液比为30倍,多糖提取率可以达到2.31%。结论:本研究得到的泽兰多糖超声提取工艺科学稳定,具有先进性,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective:The aim of this study was to optimizate the ultrasonic extraction process of polysaccharides from Lycopus lucidus based on orthogonal experiments design.Methods:The extraction rate of polysaccharide from Lycopus lucidus was used as the index,we investigated the influencing factors of ultrasonic extraction(temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic power),and then determined the optimal extracting technology by orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimal ultrasonic extracting technology as follows:ultrasonic power was 560 W.The temperature was 60℃and the time was 20 min.The solid-liquid ratio was 30 times.The extraction rate of polysaccharide can reach 2.31%.Conclusion:The ultrasonic extraction process is a stable technology obtained from this experiment,and has a higher progressiveness,worthy of further development.
