“四自教育”对培养高职创新创业人才的启示

Enlightenment of "Four-Self Education" on Training Higher Vocational Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents

"四自教育",是指促进"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务、自我监督"的品格的形成,以达到调动学生在校期间的学习积极性和创造性.在"大众创业,万众创新"的新形势下,高职院校应该坚持"四自教育"指导思想,积极加强人才培养模式的创新性探索.为此,我们提出了创新职院班级管理模式,增加大学生在校园中创新创业的实践机会、增强大学生心理素质培养等可行性建议,在实践中取得了较好的效果.

"Four-self education"refers to the promotion of the formation of"self-education,self-management,self-service,selEsupervision"character,in order to mobilize students'learning enthusiasm and creativity in school.Under the new situation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",higher vocational colleges should adhere to the guiding ideology of"four-self education"and actively strengthen the innovative exploration of talent training mode.For this reason,we put forward some feasible suggestions,such as innovating the class management mode of vocational colleges,increasing the practical opportunities for college students to innovate and start businesses on campus,and strengthening the cultivation of college students'psychological quality,which have achieved good results in practice.
