工匠精神融入到德育教育的可行性与实践路径研究

摘要 将工匠精神融入到德育教育中是切实可行的,从工匠精神的内涵中可以看到许多德育教育的精髓,同时将工匠精神融入到德育教育中是促进学校发展的本质需求、是促进学生顺利就业的内在需求、是促进我国走向制造强国的必然需要,为了更好的促进两者的融合,需要从以校园环境为载体制造出工匠精神学习氛围、发挥新媒体技术优势加强工匠精神宣传、利用丰富多彩的德育活动加强工件精神学习三个方面进行. It is feasible to integrate craftsman spirit into moral education.From the connotation of craftsman spirit,we can see the essence of moral education.At the same time,integrating craftsman spirit into moral education is the essential demand of promoting school development,the intrinsic demand of promoting students'smooth employment,and the inevitable need of promoting our country to become a manufacturing power.In order to better promote the integration of the two,It is necessary to create a learning atmosphere of craftsmen's spirit based on campus environment,to give full play to the advantages of new media technology,to strengthen the propaganda of craftsmen's spirit,and to strengthen the learning of craftsmen's spirit by utilizing rich and colorful moral education activities.
