微生物分离与鉴定实验模块的教学探索与实践

摘要 实验设计从富含乳酸菌的样品中分离目标菌,通过多次划线传代,结合形态观察与革兰氏染色,获得纯培养物,接下来通过16sRNA基因序列与使用API 50 CH试剂盒进一步将目标菌鉴定到种.教学实践证明通过开展这一综合性实验,可以培养学生良好专业技能,有助于提高学生综合素质和创新思能力. The experiment designed to isolate the target bacteria from the samples rich in lactic acid bacteria.Through multiple passages,morphological observation and Gram staining,the pure culture was obtained.Then the target bacteria were further identified by 16sRNA gene sequence and API 50CH kit.Teaching practice has proved that this comprehensive experiment can cultivate students'good professional skills and help improve students'comprehensive quality and innovative thinking ability.
