传统物流行业向智慧物流转型升级已经是大势所趋,培养适应智慧物流发展需要的专业人才已成为当务之急,作为应用技术学院物流管理人才的培养培养目标、课程体系、教学思路也随之发生变化.文章基于智慧物流人才需求角度,从湖南应用技术学院的实际情况出发,探索智慧物流背景下"仓储与配送管理"课程实践教学改革的思路,以培养理论基础扎实,实践能力强,具有创业能力和创新精神的高素质人才.

Traditional logistics industry to intelligent Logistics transformation and upgrading has been the general trend,training to meet the needs of intelligent logistics development of professionals has become an urgent task,as the Institute of Applied Technology Logistics management personnel training and training objectives,curriculum system,teaching ideas have also changed.Based on the demand of intelligent logistics talents,this paper explores the practical teaching reform of"Warehousing and Distribution Management"under the background of intelligent logistics from the actual situation of Hunan Institute of Applied Technology,in order to cultivate high-quality talents with solid theoretical foundation,strong practical ability and entrepreneurial ability and innovative spirit.
