高职院校在校生“情感管理”体系研究

Research on the Construction of "Emotional Management" System for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

新时代教育背景下,教育者不仅要传授知识,还要注重对学生的情感管理,为了提高学生学习兴趣,加强对学生的道德教育,采取一系列措施对高职院校在校生"情感管理"体系进行改革已经势在必行.本文从加大对学生情感教育的投入力度、将情感教育与学生日常学习生活相融合、加强与学生的情感交流、做好榜样示范作用四个方面出发,构建当代教育环境下高职院校在校生"情感管理"体系,以提高教学质量和管理水平,引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,帮助学生成长为专业素质过硬、道德水平高尚的高素质人才.

Under the background of new era education,educators should not only impart knowledge,but also pay attention to the emotional management of students.In order to improve students'interest in learning,strengthen the moral education of students,it is imperative to take a series of measures to reform the"emotional managemenf*system of students in Higher Vocational colleges.From the four aspects of increasing investment in students*emotional education,integrating emotional educa・tion with students'daily learning and life,strengthening emotional communication with students,and doing a good job of example demonstration,this paper constructs the"emotional management"system of students in higher vocational colleges under the contemporary educational environment,in order to improve teaching quality and management level,and guide students to establish correct outlook on life and values.To help students grow into high-quality talents with excellent professional quality and high moral level.
