摘要
十九大指出,就业就是最大的民生.大学生就业问题一直是社会关注的热点问题,女大学生就业的问题在近几年更是掀起了讨论的热潮.本文通过实证研究,以湖北某综合性大学应届大学生作为调查研究的对象,通过对样本进行统计分析和访谈,进而对女大学生就业歧视的原因进行分析,总结归纳影响就业性别歧视的原因,包含社会、法律和个人三个方面.从社会层面来说,应当创造有利于女大学生就业的社会环境,从法律层面来说,应当充分发挥消除就业性别歧视的法律障作用,从女大学生自身角度来说,应当提高女大学生的就业竞争力.
The 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that the employment is the largest part of the livelihood.The employment rate of female undergraduates has been widely discussed currently.This paper takes female undergraduates of a comprehensive university in Hubei into consideration and finds the degree that female undergraduates know about gender discrimination.Through empirical research,we analyze the reasons which lead to gender discrimination.There are three kinds of factors leading to the phenomenon.Finally,we come up with some measures to improve the employment rate of female students,ineluding the government,the department of setting laws and the female undergraduates themselves.
