在住宅工程精益建造的推行中,由于土建施工工艺的变化,同时也由于客户对于工程质量的更高要求,机电施工技术也要相应地调整。本文结合西安浐灞生态区世园锦绣EPC项目施工案例,浅谈住宅工程精益建造特别是铝模板施工工艺的推行中,不同于传统现浇剪力墙结构的机电预留预埋技术问题,以及现场安装施工过程中所采取的施工技术及措施。

In the implementation of lean construction of residential engineering, due to the change of civil construction technology and the higher requirements of customers for project quality, mechanical and electrical construction technology should be adjusted accordingly. Based on the construction case of Xi’an Chanba Ecological Zone World garden splendid EPC project, this paper discusses the mechanical and electrical reservation and embedment technology different from the traditional cast-in-place shear wall structure in the lean construction of residential engineering, especially in the implementation of aluminum formwork construction technology, as well as the construction technology and measures adopted in the field installation and construction process.
