摘要
2016年9月,国务院办公厅印发了《关于大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见》,全国各地陆续出台了多项装配式建筑相关扶持政策,装配式建筑规模呈现跨越式增长,据相关数据统计,2018年全国新开工的装配式建筑实施面积达到2.9亿平方米,装配式建筑发展也逐步由保障性住房向商品房推广,作为住宅市场主体的房地产开发企业,在装配式实践中积极性并不高。本文从房地产开发企业视角出发,分析总结在推进装配式建筑发展过程中遇到的问题及思考。
In September 2016, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Guidance on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings", A number of prefabricated building-related supporting policies have been issued throughout the country. The scale of fabricated buildings has grown by leaps and bounds, according to relevant statistics, the area of newly-built prefabricated buildings of the country has reached 290 million square meters in 2018, and the development of prefabricated buildings was gradually promoted from affordable housing to commercial housing. But the participation of the real estate development companys is not high as the main body of the residential market. From the perspective of real estate development enterprises, this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered in the process of promoting the development of fabricated buildings.
