Research on housing quality quantitative evaluation and its application in Singapore

新加坡建筑质量评估体系(CONQUAS)实施30年来,由于它的可操作性强、分数公开透明、内容合理有效并能随着建筑市场整体情况变化不断更新,在新加坡已经尽人皆知,对新加坡建筑工程质量提升起到了非常重要的作用。本文通过对新加坡建筑质量评估体系、质量标签以及奖惩方法的研究讨论,分析总结其对我国的建筑质量量化管理的借鉴意义。

Construction Quality Assessment System(CONQUAS) has been put into force for 30 years, and it has been widely acknowledged and played an important role in Singapore construction quality controlling and improving, with its strong operability, public assessing system,reasonable content and sustainability to the updating construction market. This essay researches on the quality label and rewards/punishments of CONQUAS, analyses and summarizes the implications to quantitative building construction quality management in China.
