半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及纤维蛋白原含量的影响

Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on Hemorheology and Fibrinogen Content in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及纤维蛋白原含量的影响。方法选取2017年5月-2019年5月收治的120例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照电脑双盲法将其分为对照组(60例)、观察组(60例),对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤治疗。比较2组治疗效果、血液流变学及纤维蛋白原的含量。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗总有效率较高,红细胞压积、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原含量均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者在常规治疗基础上采取半夏白术天麻汤联合通窍活血汤治疗,能够有效调节患者血液流变学,降低纤维蛋白原含量,显著提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on hemorheology and fibrinogen content in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into control group of 60 cases and observation group of 60 cases according to the double blind method of computer.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.The therapeutic effect,hemorheology and fibrinogen content were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group suffered from the total effective rate was higher,hematocrit,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and fibrin content were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction can effectively regulate hemorheology,reduce fibrinogen content and significantly improve the therapeutic effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
