补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选择2015年1月-2018年6月收治的42例急性脑梗死患者。根据随机数字表法,将所有患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤加减,对比2组的治疗效果,治疗前后的ADL及MMSE评分,治疗过程中的不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.2%,对照组为76.2%,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,2组患者的ALD及MMSE评分对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗后,2组患者的ADL评分明显升高,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05;2组MMSE评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05。2组患者均完成治疗,无明显不良反应。结论采用补阳还五汤加减可提高急性脑梗死患者的疗效,改善患者的日常生活活动能力及脑卒中神经功能,且应用安全。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 42 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our outpatient department from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while patients in observation group were added Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects,ADL and MMSE scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.2%in the observation group and 76.2%in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ALD and MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,ADL of the two groups increased significantly,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE of both groups decreased significantly,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients completed the treatment,and had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the activity of daily living and neurological function of patients with stroke,and its application is safety.
