长蛇灸配合针刺治疗活动期寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Long Snake-like Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type in Active Period

目的观察长蛇灸配合针刺治疗活动期寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎临床疗效。方法选取30例活动期寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎患者,给予长蛇灸配合针刺的治疗方法,分别在治疗前和治疗后进行疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),针刺每日1次,10次为一个疗程,配以长蛇灸1号方为主方的长蛇灸,隔4 d一次,6次为一个疗程,连续治疗67 d。结果治疗后,患者总有效率高达93.3%,疼痛VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论患者治疗后较治疗前疼痛症状改善明显,本治疗方案在临床应用中可以取得良好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of long snake-like moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating rheumatoid arthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods Thirty cases of rheumatoid arthritis with cold-dampness obstruction in active phase were selected as the objects.The long snake-like moxibustion combined with acupuncture was used as the therapy.Pain visual analogue score(VAS)was performed before and after treatment,respectively.Acupuncture was given once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,and combined with long snake-like moxibustion prescription No.1,once every 4 days,6 times as a course of treatment for 67 days.Results The total effective rate after treatment was 93.3%.The improvement rate of pain VAS score was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions The results showed that the pain symptoms of the patients improved obviously after treatment.It can also be explained that this treatment can obtain good curative effect in clinical application.
