穴位按摩在老年骨伤科护理中的应用价值

The Application Value of Acupoint Massage in the Nursing of Elderly Orthopedics

目的探讨穴位按摩在老年骨伤科护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年3月-2019年3月120例老年骨科患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组60例,对照组患者给予常规临床护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合穴位按摩,比较2组患者便秘的治疗总有效率、排尿情况及术后康复情况。结果研究组患者便秘治疗总有效率为100.00%(60/60),对照组患者便秘治疗总有效率为88.33(53/60),2组存在统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组患者排尿时间显著短于对照组,排尿困难再发、导尿及尿路感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后各康复指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩护理技术可有效改善患者便秘、排尿困难症状,促进术后康复,在老年骨伤科护理中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of acupoint massage in the nursing of elderly orthopedics.Methods 120 elderly orthopaedic patients from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the order of treatment,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine clinical nursing,while patients in the study group received acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of constipation treatment,the condition of urination and the recovery after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of constipation treatment was 100.00%(60/60)in the study group and 88.33%(53/60)in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The urination time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of recurrent dysuria,catheterization and urinary tract infection was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage nursing technology can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation and dysuria,and promote the recovery after operation.It has high application value in the nursing of elderly orthopaedics.
