《国务院关于深化教育改革的决定》中提出高职院校人才培养工作的基本思路是:以教育教学改革为核心,以专业建设为重点,建设适应社会需要的高质量、有特色、高水平的高职院校人才培养模式。高职教育通过专业建设把校内教学与社会对高职人才的需求衔接起来,注重专业建设的改革,尤其是人才培养模式、课程教学体系及实践教学环节的建设改革。

In the decision of the state council on deepening education reform,the basic ideas of personnel training in higher vocational colleges are put forward as follows: take education and teaching reform as the core,focus on professional construction,and build a high-quality,distinctive and high-level personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges that meets the needs of society. Through professional construction,higher vocational education links the teaching in school with the needs of society for higher vocational talents,and pays attention to the reform of professional construction,especially the construction and reform of talent training mode,curriculum teaching system and practical teaching links.
