基于应变硬化模量的PE管材耐SCG试验方法评述

摘要 聚乙烯(PE)管道因具有耐腐蚀、易维护等优点,广泛应用于给水、供燃气和油气输送工程等,国家重要的生命线工程中。慢速裂纹扩展(SCG)是造成PE管道失效,影响PE管道服役寿命最重要的因素之一,对PE管材耐SCG性能的正确评价具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。介绍了一种基于应变硬化模量的PE管材耐SCG性能加速试验的新方法——应变硬化试验法(SH法),阐述了SH法的基本原理和试验流程,综述了SH法的国内外研究进展,通过与其它耐SCG性能试验方法比较分析,阐明了应变硬化模量与SCG性能的相关性,及SH法在耐SCG性能评估的合理性和重要应用价值。最后,对SH法的应用与发展进行了总结与展望。 Polyethylene(PE)pipelines are widely used in important lifeline projects such as water supply,gas supply and oil and gas transmission projects due to their corrosion resistance and easy maintenance.Slow crack growth(SCG)is one of the most important factors that cause the failure of PE pipes and affect the lifetime of PE pipes.Therefore,the accurate evaluation of SCG resistance of PE pipes has important theoretical value and practical significance.A new method for accelerated evaluation of SCG resistance of PE pipes base on strain hardening modulus was introduced,which was called strain hardening test method(SH method).The basic principle and experimental process of SH method were described and the research progress of SH method in accelerated evaluation of SCG resistance of PE pipes was reviewed.According to the comparison and correlation analysis between SH test method and other traditional test method of characterizing SCG resistance,the rationality and important application value of SH test method was fully demonstrated.Finally,the application and development of SH method were summarized and prospected.
