摘要
根据塑件镶件注塑成型的需要,运用旋转式双色成型原理,设计了一种双模复合式自动化嵌件注塑模具。在工作时,模具由2副子模具组成,其中注塑模用于嵌件的注塑,装料模用于嵌件的自动装配。2副子模具的动模结构相同,不同的是两者的定模结构,注塑用的定模机构为模腔形式,而镶件装配用的定模机构则安装了嵌件装配机构。嵌件装配机构中,其自动装配机构包括3个子机构,嵌件送料机构用于嵌件的送料输送,嵌件排位机构用于8个孔腔槽中嵌件的排位,模板压杆机构将8个嵌件推入嵌件杆顶端,待旋转模架做180°旋转后进行注塑,完成塑件的自动化注塑。注塑模具中,注塑模具结构为1次开模,2次顶出的结构形式,2次顶出中,1次用于嵌件从嵌件顶杆上顶出分离,第2次顶出用于塑件的侧凹抽芯和完全顶出脱模。模具结构形式新颖,嵌件装料机构设计巧妙,灵活地运用双色模注塑原理,实现了带嵌件塑件的自动化注塑生产,具有较好的生产实用价值。
Aimed at the need of injection moulding of plastic inserts,a double-mode compound automatic injection moulding for inserts was designed based on the principle of rotary double-color moulding.When working,the mould consists of two sub-moulds,the injection moulds were used for injection moulding with inserts,and the charging moulds were used for automatic assembly of inserts.The dynamic die structure of the two sub-moulds was the same,but the fixing structure of the two sub-moulds was different.The fixing mechanism for injection moulding was in the form of cavity,while the insert assembly mechanism was installed for insert assembly.In the insert assembly mechanism,the automatic assembly mechanism includes three sub-mechanisms,the insert feeding mechanism was used for feeding and conveying of the insert,the insert positioning mechanism was used for positioning the insert in eight holes and grooves,the template pressing rod mechanism pushes eight inserts into the top of the insert rod,and the rotating mould frame was rotated 180 degrees to complete the automatic injection of the plastic parts.In injection moulds,the structure of injection moulds was one opening,two ejection structures.In two ejections,one ejection was used to separate the insert from the top rod of the insert,and the second ejection was used to pull the core from the side concave and completely eject the mould.The structure of the mould was novel,the design of the insert loading mechanism was ingenious,and the principle of two-color injection mould was flexibly applied to realize the automatic injection production of plastic parts with inserts,which has good practical value in production.
