鱼骨柏拉图分析法在消毒供应中心医院感染管控中应用的效果

Application effect of fish bone Plato analysis in nosocomial infection control in disinfection supply center

目的探讨消毒供应中心(CSSD)医院感染管控应用鱼骨柏拉图分析法的成效。方法选取2016年5月-2018年6月潍坊市益都中心医院CSSD工作人员34名,管控前(2016年5月-2017年5月)、管控后(2017年6月-2018年6月)消毒供应医疗器械各450件,临床医护人员120名。比较管控前、基于鱼骨柏拉图分析法实施管控后的医院感染率、医疗器械消毒合格率、消毒质量评分、医护人员满意度。结果管控后发生医院感染46例(2.32%),低于管控前(177例,9.02%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管控后医疗器械消毒合格率、医护人员总满意度(98.00%、98.33%)高于管控前(89.33%、89.17%);消毒质量中无菌物品管理、无菌操作、消毒隔离、消毒技能、医疗垃圾处理评分均高于管控前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于鱼骨柏拉图分析法实施医院感染管控可提升医疗器械消毒合格率及消毒质量,降低医院感染率,提高临床医护人员满意度。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of fish bone platonic analysis on control of nosocomial infection in central sterilization and supply center(CSSD).METHODS From May 2016 to Jun 2018,totally 34 CSSD staff,450 medical instruments before(from May 2016 to May 2017)and after(Jun 2017 to Jun 2018)the management and control and 120 clinical health care workers were recruited from Weifang Yi Du Central Hospital.The incidence of nosocomial infection,qualified rate of disinfection,score of disinfection quality and health care workers’satisfaction were observed and compared before and after the fish bone platonic analysis was performed.RESULTS The incidence of nosocomial infection was 2.32%(46 cases)after the management and control,significantly lower than 9.02%(177 cases)before the management and control(P<0.05).The qualified rate of disinfection of medical instruments and healthcare workers’satisfaction were respectively 98.00%and 98.33%after the management and control,higher than 89.33%and 89.17%before the management and control.The scores of management of sterile items,aseptic operation,disinfection and isolation,disinfection techniques and disposal of medical wastes were significantly higher after the management and control than before the management and control(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The control of nosocomial infection based on the fish bone platonic analysis may raise the qualified rate of disinfection,boost the quality of disinfection,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and raise the healthcare workers’satisfaction.
