摘要
内质网应激是普遍存在于各种细胞的应激反应,由外界刺激或者自身功能异常所引起。内质网应激能够激活未折叠蛋白反应,维持内质网的稳态,但持续的内质网应激会导致细胞的凋亡。内质网应激与新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发病有关,但其机制并不明确。本文试图通过介绍内质网应激中的信号通路,并就肠道潘氏细胞、杯状细胞以及干细胞等方面阐述内质网应激与新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎之间的关系,为新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的发病机制和治疗提供新思路。
Endoplasmic reticulum stress is prevalent in a variety of cell which is caused by external thorns or their own functional abnormalities.Endoplasmic reticulum stress can activate the unfolded protein response to maintain the homeostasis of the endoplasmic reticulum.But sustained endoplasmic reticulum stress leads to cell apoptosis.Endoplasmic reticulum stress is associated with necrotizing enterocolitis,but its mechanism is not clear.In this paper,we first introduce the signal pathways in endoplasmic reticulum stress,and then explain the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and necrotizing enterocolitis in the aspects of intestinal paneth cells,goblet cells and stem cells to provide new ideas in the pathogenesis and the treatment of necrotizing enterocolitis.
