摘要
建立了宿主具有Allee效应及寄生物具有聚集效应的离散宿主-寄生物系统,分析了系统的持久性和平衡点的局部稳定性。通过Matlab软件模拟宿主-寄生物种群的动态变化,分析Allee效应对系统动态行为的影响。研究表明聚集效应增加了系统的动态复杂性,Allee效应在缩短种群混沌状态参数域的同时,也减少了种群稳定共存的参数域,以至于种群出现负增长导致灭绝。上述结论为对稀有物种实施保护及对有害物种进行防治提供了理论依据。
In this paper,a discrete-time host-parasitoid system with Allee effect of the host population and the aggregation of the parasitism is investigated.The permanence of the system and the stability of the equilibrium point is analyzed through extensive nu⁃merical simulations by Matlab.The results show that the aggregation effect makes the population growth state more and more com⁃plex.It is verified that Allee effect increased the complexity of population growth state,at the same time,it shortened the parame⁃ter region of chaos and reduced the parameter region of the coexistence of the population,which result the population goes extinct for negative population growth.The above conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the harmonious ecology,which can be used to protect rare species and the harmful species through effective use of Allee effect.
