防冰铺装材料的组成与性能分析

摘要 防冰铺装是应对桥面因冰交通事故的措施之一。以树脂取代沥青与盐化物组配低冰点胶浆,综合橡胶颗粒的变形优势制备新型防冰材料。通过冻结试验与拉伸试验确定低冰点胶浆的组成,通过不同橡胶颗粒含量下的破冰试验确定防冰材料的组成。结果表明,在盐份占胶结料的质量分数约为15%时,可以兼顾防冰与黏结性能;橡胶颗粒有利于上覆冰渣的开裂破坏;在橡胶颗粒体积含量为30%时,混合料的碎冰性能较好。综合小型场地试验验证,环氧树脂盐化物胶结橡胶颗粒与集料对短时冰冻预防具有一定效果。 Anti-icing coating on pavement is a kind of measures taken to prevent traffic accidents on a frozen bridge.Low freezing point mortar is made by mixing with salt and epoxy resin instead of bitumen,and new type anti-icing materials are developed in combination of the advantage of deformation of rubber particles.The composition of low freezing point mortar is determined by freezing test and tensile test.The composition of anti-icing mixture is determined by ice cracking tests with different rubber particle contents.The results show that while the ratio of salts to binder is about 15% by mass,the low freezing point mortar could balance the requirements of anti-icing and cohesion.Rubber particles is favorable for cracking of upper ice.When the rubber content is 30% by volume,the ice cracking performance of the mixtures is well.Combined with small field test,the epoxy resin salt mixtures bonded rubber particles and aggregates are proved a better effect on short-term freezing prevention.
