摘要
本文主要回顾了近5~7年关于肠道菌群与结直肠癌关系的文献,总结了菌群变化在肠癌检测中的价值、菌群变化促进肠癌发生发展的具体机制以及益生菌在肠癌相关过程中的应用,并简要介绍了益生菌在肠癌过程中的作用机制。
This article mainly reviewed the literature on the relationship between intestinal flora and colorectal cancer that published in the past five to seven years,and summarized the value of intestinal flora changes in the detection of colorectal cancer,the mechanism of intestinal flora changes in promoting the development of colorectal cancer and the application of probiotics that related to colorectal cancer.Moreover,the mechanism of probiotics in the process of intestinal cancer was introduced briefly.
