论开阖枢理论在《伤寒论》六经气化学说中的作用

本文运用开阖枢理论阐述人体经气的升降出入运转,经气的运转使六经之间形成广泛的动态联系,据此将经气开阖枢相关疾病的病机和治法进行分类。太阳病之开有直接开太阳、以枢为开、以阖为开、以补为开等,阳明病之阖直接阖阳明经气和腑气之法、以开为阖、以枢为阖、以补为阖等,少阳不枢有直接枢少阳、以开为枢、以阖为枢、以补为枢等,三阴病重在解决五脏的虚损,但也有经气开阖枢的障碍;太阴病之开有直接开太阴、以补为开、祛湿开太阴等,少阴不枢的血瘀病证有直接枢少阴、枢少阳以枢少阴、以补为枢等治法;厥阴病大体可分为阖之不及和阖之太过,阖之不及、阴血不敛需敛之潜之,阖之太过需清热、通络、化痰使其疏泄复常。

This paper expounds the ascending and descending operation of the human body’s channel-Qi by using the opening-closing-pivot theory,which makes the six channels form a wide dynamic connection because of the operation of channel-Qi.On this basis,pathogenesis and treatment methods of the diseases related to channel-Qi and opening-closing-pivot are classified.The treatment of Taiyang disease,in addition to the direct way,as well as through the treatment of Shaoyang,through the treatment of Yangming,and through adjusting and mending channel-Qi,and so on.The treatment of Yangming disease,besides the method of directly remedying channel-Qi and fu-Qi in Yangming,there are also other methods:through the treatment of Taiyang,by the treatment of Shaoyang,and through adjusting and mending channel-Qi,etc.Shaoyang disease,in addition to direct heal method,there are through the treatment of Taiyang,by the treatment of Shaoyang,and by adjusting and mending channel-Qi,etc.The focus of sanyin disease is to solve the deficiency of five viscera,but there is also the problem of the obstruction of opening-closing-pivot of channel-Qi.The treatment of Taiyin disease,there are directly treat method,but also to adjust and mend channel-Qi,dispelling dampness to heal Taiyin disease,etc.The treatment of shaoyin disease,there is a direct treatment,but also though heal Shaoyang to treat Shaoyin,though adjusting and mending channel-Qi,etc.Jueyin disease can be generally divided into the less hiding and the hiding too much.When channel-Qi less hide,yin blood does not converge,need the potential of convergence;When channel-Qi hide too much,it needs to clear heat,dredge collaterals and reduce phlegm,so that it will drain away and recover.
