清末民初津沽疮疡学术流派形成特点及影响因素探讨

Discussion on the formation characteristics and influencing factors of the swelling and ulcer academic school of Jingu in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China

本文通过对清末民初以高思敬先生为代表的津沽疮疡学术流派进行研究,对其形成特点及其相关影响因素进行探讨。研究发现,在清末南方地区外科学术思想活跃、学术流派纷起之时,北方的天津地区在中医外科方面独树一帜,形成了以高思敬为创始人的津沽疮疡学术流派。此学派的形成除受津沽地区特有的风土文化影响外,还因创始人私淑高秉钧等江南地区部分外科医家学术思想以及西方外科医学的传入而形成了独特的风格,对近代中医外科学的发展起到了一定的推动作用。

This paper studies GAO Si-jing’s work,who was a representative of sect of Jin-Gu sore and ulcer in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,to discuss the formation characteristics and related influencing factors with sect of Jin-Gu sore and ulcer.The study found that in the late Qing Dynasty,the academic thoughts of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine in southern China were active,and many sects appeared,but GAO Si-jing in Tianjin was a representative and founder of this field.The unique style of formation with sect was influenced not only by the unique culture of the region,but also by Gao Bingjun,GAO Si-jing’s teacher,who was familiar with the academic thoughts of southern China and influenced by western surgical medicine.All of this had played a certain role in promoting the surgery of traditional Chinese medicine in modern China.
