欲郁之辩:儒医朱丹溪的医学文化思想探解

Debate of Yu: an analysis of ZHU Dan-xi’s medical culture thought

儒医是中国传统医家的精神符号之一,也是推动中医学创新的动力主轴。朱丹溪是儒医的杰出代表,其医学文化对传统医学思维的变革起到了有力的促动作用。本文通过对朱丹溪所著经典文献的历史诠解、欲望与身体的医学文化论、由欲至郁的源流解构等多重面向的探索,以此说明朱丹溪既对郁的结构开显出多重论证的可能,同时又为欲郁之辩寻到了儒家身体观的实践居所。儒医朱丹溪的医学文化思想内蕴含着儒学义理与医学价值的桥接,亦彰显出儒学文化诠解与医学身体论述相互汇融的典范。

Confucianism is one of the spiritual symbols of traditional Chinese doctors and the mainstay of the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.ZHU Dan-xi is an outstanding representative of Confucianism,and its medical culture has played a powerful role in the transformation of traditional medical thinking.Through the multi-faceted exploration of the historical interpretation of ZHU Dan-xi’s classic literature,the desire and the medical culture of the body,and the deconstruction of the source and the flow of the depressive,this article shows that ZHU Dan-xi not only demonstrates multiple arguments for the structure of Yu.The possibility,at the same time,for the desire to succumb to the practice of the Confucian view of the body.The medical culture thought of Confucianism ZHU Dan-xi contains the bridge between Confucianism and medical value,and also shows the paradigm of Confucian cultural interpretation and medical body discourse.
