摘要
敦煌藏医针灸卷子对研究早期藏医针灸的形成和发展具有重要的学术和史料价值。藏医针灸文献资料主要记载了四肢及脊柱部位的部分腧穴,利用特定标志及骨度折量、指寸定位等进行取穴的取穴法,火灸疗法的临床应用(治疗头面五官、内科、妇科、男科及骨伤科疾患),此外部分文献还记载了拔罐、放血、贴敷及多法联用的综合外治疗法。敦煌藏医针灸文献是古代藏医医疗实践的总结与体现,融会了汉医学、印度医学的学术特色,同时火灸疗法治疗阳黄、瘟疫等经验,又为“热证可灸”理念提供了依据。应进一步挖掘、整理、归纳敦煌藏医针灸文献,提炼出仍具有指导意义的理论及具有实用价值的方法、技术,促进敦煌藏医针灸学的传承与发展。
The literature of acupuncture in Dunhuang Tibetan medicine has great academic and historical value for the study of the formation and development of acupuncture in early Tibetan medicine. it is mainly records some acupoints in limbs and spine, the principle of point selection acumoxioustion by using specific markers, bone fold and finger Cun location, and the clinical application of fire moxibustion therapy(treating the diseases of head and facial features, internal medicine, gynecolcgy, andrology and orthopedic).In addition, Some documents also recorded the treatment of cupping, blood letting, plastering, and the multimethod combined external therapy.The literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in Tibetan medicine in Dunhuang is a summary and embodiment of the medical practice of ancient Tibetan medicine. It combines the academic characteristics of Chinese medicine and India medicine. At the same time, the experience of the treatment of Yang Huang and plague by fire moxibustion therapy also provides a basis for the idea of "moxibustion can be used for heat syndrome". It is necessary to excavate, sort out, sum up the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in Tibetan medicine in Dunhuang, and abstract the theories with guiding significance, and the methods with practical value, to promote the inheritance and development of acupuncture in Dunhuang Tibetan medicine.
