从免疫损伤机制探讨灸法治疗艾滋病的可行性

Discussion on Feasibility of Moxibustion Treatment of AIDS from Mechanism of Immune Injury

高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)是世界公认的最有效的艾滋病干预手段,使得艾滋病的发病率和病死率大大下降。但随着研究的深入人们发现,在血浆病毒载量较长时间控制在检测不出的水平之下,仍有约15%~20%的患者CD4+T淋巴细胞数量未出现显著增长,说明艾滋病免疫损伤的复杂性。灸法是中医治疗虚损性疾病的重要方法,现代医学研究表明,艾灸可以调整脏腑功能,促进新陈代谢,增强白细胞的吞噬能力,提高机体免疫力,提高T淋巴细胞数。本文通过灸法对免疫系统相关基础和临床研究文献的梳理,探讨艾灸治疗艾滋病的可行性,为艾滋病治疗提供新的思路。

HAART is recognized as the most effective means of AIDS intervention in the world,the incidence and mortality of AIDS has greatly reduced.However,with the deepening of the research,it is found that in the long time when the viral load of the plasma is not at the level of detection,there is still no significant increase in the number of CD4^+T lymphocytes in about 15%-20%patients,indicating the complexity of AIDS immune damage.Moxibustion is an important method of deficiency diseases,modern medical research shows that moxibustion can adjust the viscera function,promote the process of metabolism,enhance phagocytosis of white blood cells,and improve immunity,enhance T lymphocyte count.Through the moxbustion on immune system,this article is related to the basic and clinical research literature to explore the feasibility of moxibustion in the treatment of AIDS,to provide new ideas for the treatment of AIDS.
