基于文献计量学探讨八会穴敏化特征与临床诊治的相关性

Exploration of Correlation between Eight-convergent Points Sensitized Characteristic and Clinical Treatment Based on Bibliometrics

目的:探讨八会穴敏化特征改变在临床诊断与治疗中的作用及意义,以期为临床诊治提供新思路。方法:以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)为基础,运用文献计量学方法对八会穴敏化所涉及的疾病、敏化现象、治疗措施进行分析。结果:共纳入51篇文献,其中涉及热敏的文献量最多,对疾病最敏感,涉及多种疾病;涉及痛敏的文献量次之,涉及电敏的文献量再次之,主要反映患者的阴阳气血变化;治疗方面,不同系统疾病发生不同敏化时应选择不同治疗措施,热敏以艾灸为主,肝胆系统疾病在发生电敏化时可以用同位素治疗。结论:本研究认为,穴位的敏化对于疾病及其证型的诊断有辅助作用;在不同疾病状态下八会穴的敏化性质和敏化现象具有规律性;敏化的八会穴对于疾病的治疗起积极作用,不同系统疾病发生不同敏化,其治疗措施具有特异性,采用复合手段检测腧穴敏化可信度更高。

Objective:To explore the effect and significance of sensitized Eight-Convergent Points in clinical diagnosis and therapy in order to provide insights on the clinical diagnose and treatment.Methods:Based on CNKI,CBM and VIP,this report statistically analyze the relevance of diseases,sensitive phenomena,treatments in sensitized Eight-Convergent Points by Bibliometrics.Results:Among a total of 51 included papers,the papers about heat-sensitization occupy the maximum amount,which involves a variety of diseases.Pain-sensitization papers were the second most.Only a few the amount of papers are about electro-sensitive follows,involving primarily the change of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang.In terms of treatment,different treatments should be selected when different system diseases are sensitized.For instance,thermal sensitiveness of Eight-Convergent Points are mostly stimulated by moxibustion,and the hepatobiliary system disease can be treated with isotope when electro-sensitive occurs of Eight-Convergent Points.Conclusion:Acupoint sensitization plays an auxiliary role in the diagnosis of disease.For different diseases,the sensitive phenomena and sensitive property of Eight-Convergent Points have regularities.Sensitized Eight-Convergent Points play an active role in the treatment of diseases.Different sensitization of Eight-Convergent Points should adopt different treatment.It is more reliable to explore acupoint sensitization by compound means.
