从心生血看肾性贫血的中医治疗

Treatment of Renal Anemia in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The Heart Producing Blood

基于中医对血液生成的认识,本文从心阳化赤生血、心火生脾土、心肾相交三个方面对《黄帝内经》心生血理论进行了阐述。并基于对心生血的理解,归纳了中医对肾性贫血的病机认识,主要有以下3个方面:一是肾精不足,心阳不能下温肾水;二是中土湿寒,心阳不能温煦中焦;三是心阳不足,不能化赤生血。针对病机分别治以补肾填精、温阳生血法,以右归丸为主;健脾化湿、补火生血法,以归脾丸为主;益气温阳生血法,以人参养荣汤为主。

Understanding of blood production based on traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper expounds the theory of heart producing blood in the Inner Canon of Huangdi from three aspects:heart-yang producing blood,heart-fire producing spleen-soil and coordination between the heart and kidney.Based on the understanding of the heart being responsible for production of blood,we conclude that the pathogenesis of renal anemia is mainly in the following three aspects.Firstly,kidney essence is deficiency so that the heart-yang can not warm kidney water;Secondly,the middle is cold-dampness result in the heart-yang can not warm the middle-jiao.Thirdly,the heart-yang is deficiency so as not to turn red blood.They are respectively operated by:1.Yougui Pill,which can tonify kidney and benefit essence,warm yang to generate blood;2.Guipi Pill,which can invigorate the spleen and remove dampness,tonify fire to generate blood;3.Renshen yangrong decoction,which can benefit Qi and warm yang to generate blood.
