英国新一轮课程改革的特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 英国政府在过去30余年里不断调整和改进国家课程。面对学生成绩持续下降、教育质量持续下滑的状况,英国进行了新一轮课程改革。具体而言,新课程标准在课程理念上,从关注"公民素质"转向"全面育人";在课程内容上,从关注"专业技能"转向"学科素养";在评价方式上,从关注"知识分层"转向"刚柔并济";在课程的实施和管理上,转向追求公平与效率的平衡。探究此次英国国家课程改革的成效,并试图为我国基础教育的课程改革提供借鉴。
