A preliminary study on the integration and development of government information opening platform and government affairs service platform

政府信息公开平台与政务服务平台(以下简称"两个平台")的融合发展研究是一个全新的课题,既是国家有关文件提出的要求,又是满足社会公众对网上政务服务便民化的深层次需求。本文论述了"两个平台"融合的相关要求,分析了"两个平台"融合发展的必要性,开展了实证研究,初步探讨了做好"两个平台"的融合发展模式和路径。

The research on the integration and development of government information opening platform and government affairs service platform (hereinafter referred to as "two platforms") is a new study. It is not only the requirement of relevant national documents, but also the deep-seated demand of the public for the convenience of online government affairs service. This paper discusses the concept of "two platforms" integration and related construction requirements. Based on the analysis of the necessity and case study of the integration development of "two platforms", it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the integration development of "two platforms".
