大规模风电接入背景下自动发电控制研究现状与展望 被引量:1

摘要 随着风力发电装机容量的快速增长,大规模风电并入电网代替了同步发电机,导致其系统惯性和频率响应的降低,其频率调节性能有可能恶化,给电力系统运行和自动发电控制带来了一系列具有挑战性的问题。因此开发具有频率调节能力的风电作为调频资源,使它们能够有效地参与和应对严重的频率突发事件很有价值。首先,对风电并网给频率调节性能和调频资源的需求带来的影响进行了总结,然后分析了风电参与AGC的可行性,总结了风电参与调频的控制方法和风电参与AGC的控制策略,最后预测了大规模风电接入背景下自动发电控制的发展趋势。 With the rapid growth of wind power installed capacity, large-scale wind power is integrated into the grid to replace the synchronous generator, resulting in a decrease in its system inertia and frequency response, and its frequency regulation performance may deteriorate,which brings a series of challenging issues for power system operation and automatic power generation control. Therefore, it is valuable to develop wind power with frequency adjustment capability as a frequency regulation resource so that they can effectively participate in and cope with serious frequency emergencies. Firstly, the impact of wind power grid-connected on the frequency regulation performance and the demand of FM resources is summarized. Then the feasibility of wind power participation in AGC is analyzed. The control method of wind power participation in frequency modulation and the control strategy of wind power participating in AGC are summarized. Finally, the future development trend of automatic power generation control in the context of large-scale wind power access is summarized and predicted.
