党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次对人才发展做出重要指示,强调振兴农业发展的根本是发展培养农村人才。要推进农业现代化的实现,必须要培养出新型职业农民。本文从农民中高职衔接教育入手,详细阐述了农民中高职衔接教育的可行性以及主要做法,更好地推动乡村振兴。

Since the Eighteen Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important instructions on talent development,emphasizing that the fundamental reason for revitalizing agricultural development is to develop and train rural talents.To promote the realization of agricultural modernization,it is necessary to cultivate new type of professional farmers.This paper starts with the connection education of farmers’middle and higher vocational education,elaborates the feasibility and main methods of the connection education of farmers’middle and higher vocational education,so as to better promote the revitalization of rural areas.
