加强网络信息技术在教育精准扶贫中的应用可以使贫困地区的青少年享受与发达地区同龄学生同质量的教育资源,着力解决因教育资源匮乏造成的教育水平悬殊问题,是实现精准脱贫的有效途径。加强该方面的工作主要包括三个方面:一是精准识别贫困地区教育信息化基础及需求;二是精准加强贫困地区教育信息化基础建设;三是由政府主导、企业与社会团体积极参与,实现优质教育资源精准与长效供给。

Strengthening the application of network information technology in education targeted poverty alleviation can make the youth in poverty-stricken areas enjoy the same quality of education resources as the students of the same age in developed areas,and strive to solve the education level gap caused by the lack of education resources,which is an effective way to achieve targeted poverty alleviation.Strengthening the work mainly includes three aspects:one is to accurately identify the basis and demand of education informatization in poverty-stricken areas;two is to precisely strengthen the infrastructure of education informatization in poverty-stricken areas;three is to achieve accurate and long-term supply of high-quality education resources with the government leading,enterprises and social groups actively participating.
