摘要
文化对组织的意义就如DNA对个体的意义。组织文化是一种独特而强大的现象,它可以决定一个组织的成败。本文探讨了三种对某高校组织文化产生影响的功能失调行为,即八卦导致的人际关系冲突,变革阻力和自上而下的决策方式。本文的目的是探讨如何通过有效的领导力来摆脱这些功能失调的行为,从而改善高校组织文化。
The meaning of culture to organization is just like that of DNA to individual.Organizational culture is a unique and powerful phenomenon,which can determine the success or failure of an organization.This paper discusses three kinds of dysfunctional behaviors that affect the organizational culture of a university,namely,interpersonal conflict caused by gossip,resistance to change and top-down decision-making.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to get rid of these dysfunctional behaviors through effective leadership,so as to improve the organizational culture of colleges and universities.
