多中心治理理论视角下研究生教育质量保障机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究生教育作为教育体系中的一大单元,其之于无论是教育事业的建树还是社会主义国家的发展而言都具有举足重轻的作用。然而,建立在政府单一主体基础上的研究生教育保障机制已然落后于我国社会的发展情况,该机制作用下的研究生教育问题越发突出,尤其是研究生本人和培养单位核心主体与政府非核心主体间的权责利错位问题。多中心治理理论正可以作为这一问题的解决之道,本文首先介绍了传统保障机制作用下的研究生教育问题,接着便从多中心共治的角度出发,阐述了实质更为健全的研究生教育质量保障新机制的构建举措。 Graduate education,as a major unit of the education system,plays an important role in both the construction of education and the development of socialist countries.However,the graduate education security mechanism based on the single subject of the government has lagged behind the development of our society,and the problem of Graduate Education under the function of this mechanism is more and more prominent,especially the dislocation of rights,responsibilities and interests between the graduate students themselves and the core subjects of the training unit and the non core subjects of the government.The theory of multi center governance can be used as the solution to this problem.This paper first introduces the problem of graduate education under the role of traditional guarantee mechanism,and then from the perspective of multi center co governance,expounds the construction of a new mechanism of graduate education quality guarantee with more sound essence.
