“定、点、制、品、评”菜单式现代学徒制育人模式的探究与实践——以盐城工业职业技术学院为例

盐城工业职业技术学院在机电一体化技术专业实施基于"定、点、制、品、评"菜单式现代学徒制育人模式教学改革,学校、政府、企业组建产教城,共建智能制造学院,校企双元共同设计"能力菜单"、引导学生根据自身的职业发展目标和实际情况"点单"学习、并构建"菜单"式人才培养方案和课程体系,最终实现了学生为自己的职业发展点单,企业为学校的人才培养买单。

Mechatronics technology of Yancheng Institute of Industrial Technology implements the teaching reform of the menu-style modern apprenticeship education model of"design,order,develop,taste,evaluate".The school,government,and enterprises set up a production and education city to build a smart manufacturing college.The school and enterprises jointly design the"ability menu"and guide students to"order"according to their career development goals and actual conditions.And they build a"menu"type of talent training program and curriculum system,finally realize the students to order their own career development,the company pays for the school’s talent training.
