摘要
幼儿园生活活动中蕴含着许多有价值的教育契机,幼儿教师及时发现并抓住教育契机,给予幼儿适宜的教育,对于幼儿发展意义重大。本研究通过调查幼儿园教师实施随机教育的现状,分析幼儿园随机教育存在的问题,最后从教师维度提出支持性的策略。研究以期能够进一步完善幼儿园生活活动中的随机教育理论,给一线幼儿教师等群体以理论和实践上的指导。
There are many valuable educational opportunities in kindergarten life activities.It is of great significance for children’s development for preschool teachers to timely find and seize educational opportunities and provide appropriate education for children.By investigating the current situation of random education implemented by kindergarten teachers,this study analyzes the existing problems of random education in kindergartens,and finally proposes supportive strategies from the perspective of teachers.The research is expected to further improve the random education theory in kindergarten life activities and provide theoretical and practical guidance to front-line preschool teachers and other groups.
