New Era,New Subject,New Management Art of Head Teacher

班级是学校的基本单位,班级管理是学校管理的重要内容之一。优秀的班级管理对学校教育教学工作的顺利开展有着不可估量的作用,班主任作为中学班级管理以及教育教学工作的具体操作者,在强调素质教育的新时期,班主任管理艺术是一个值得深入思考和研究的问题。笔者从新时期学生主体、教师主导的新教学观视角入手,对新时期高中学生的特点,以及班主任管理方式以及角色的转变进行了探讨,希望能对班主任管理工作提供一些思考。

Class is the basic unit of school,and class management is one of the important contents of school management.Excellent class management plays an inestimable role in the smooth development of school education and teaching.As the concrete operator of class management and education and teaching in middle school,the class teacher management art is a problem worthy of deep thinking and research in the new era of emphasizing quality education.From the perspective of the new teaching concept of students and teachers in the new era,the author discusses the characteristics of high school students in the new era,as well as the change of the management mode and role of the head teacher,hoping to provide some thoughts on the management of the head teacher.
